Website terms of use
Last updated: October 22, 2026
1. Who operates this site
The ruli.app website is operated by Grupo Ruli, S.A.S. de C.V., a company incorporated in the Republic of El Salvador ("Ruli", "we"). Contact: capital@ruli.app.
2. Scope
These terms govern only the use of this informational website and its forms (waitlist, investor information request and contact). They do not govern any rental, brokerage or payment service.
3. Service status
The Ruli platform is pre-launch. The initial launch is planned for Q1 2027 in El Salvador; this is an estimate and may change. No bookings, payments, contracts or vehicle or equipment listings are accepted through this site today.
4. Waitlist and forms
Signing up is free and voluntary. It creates no rental contract and does not bind Ruli to offer you any service, price, availability or date. Platform terms of service will be published separately before launch and will require your express acceptance.
5. Investor information
Investment-related content is for information only. It is not an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy securities or equity, nor financial, legal or tax advice. Any transaction will be governed solely by definitive documents signed by the parties.
6. Site content
Categories, descriptions and images are illustrative. Photos identified as Grupo Ruli's fleet show our own units; the rest are licensed stock photography. Market figures cite their source and may not be current.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to submit truthful information about yourself, not to submit third-party data without their permission, and not to attempt to harm, overload or breach the site.
8. Intellectual property
The Ruli brand, logo and original site content belong to Grupo Ruli, S.A.S. de C.V. or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.
9. Liability
The site is provided "as is" and may have interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, Ruli is not liable for damages arising from use of this informational site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under El Salvador's Consumer Protection Law (Ley de Protección al Consumidor) or other mandatory law.
10. Privacy
How we handle your data is described in the Privacy notice.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of El Salvador. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of El Salvador, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer rights you may have.
12. Changes
We may update these terms and will publish the current version, with its date, on this page.
